GRSDM Policy Supporters

The Guardianship Reform and Supported Decision Making (GRSDM) Work Group has engaged in a collaborative effort to address concerns about the guardianship system in Texas. GRSDM recognizes that guardianship may be warranted in certain circumstances but should be a last resort when less restrictive alternatives are available. The following groups supports the principles found in the seven proposals for guardianship reform and alternatives, including supported decision-making.
